This year I learned that I can succeed in web3 as someone who is more of a thinker and plodder than most. For the first 2 years in web3 I thought this would cost me 'success' and I would just learn and be an observer here. But 2024, showed me there is plenty of room for me (and people like me). I became very comfortable with missing out on lots of things because of this and confident in choosing a few things to be involved in deeply. It has been a great year in web3. There is room to be successful financially and deeply involved in community as one who is not 'degening' every day but here for the people and where we'll be in 5 years. As I write this, I actually realize that it was my shift to Farcaster as a home in web3 that allowed me to learn and experience this. Interesting point that I may not have realized without the prompt below. Thanks @markfishman 🫡

glad to have you here. I am also here for way more than just making money. When i did my first frame drop a month ago and 300+ real people minted their NFT I realised that I should take myself a bit more serious (and ofc then not)
