not that term…second brain most common to me. have tried evernote. usually just use word doc or handwritten

Yeah second brain is another common one! But to me, second brain is more about the infrastructure, pkm is more about the system that leverages the infra to ~do something~ Have you ever tried obsidian before? I know we’ve talked about NotebookLM but can’t remember if we talked about obsidian haha. Made a video about why I switched from other systems: Why Obsidian? Oh which ones did you watch? TBH, it can be as simple or complex as you want it to be. If you’re using word, you could just type in obsidian as a word processor and not add any more complexity For me personally, it’s when I go to use things like NotebookLM and it doesn’t accept word or onenote formatting, I feel better about having a system in markdown
