2025 needs to be a year of helping individual people go higher. The brand foundations are laid. The vision is clear. We must work day and night to onboard individuals into the network, get them connected to resources, and help them 100x their agency and pursue their visions through Higher. Ideas? Drop them here.

I would encourage becoming more outsider friendly in 2 ways. 1) A lot of the interaction & telling of the Higher story is enigmatic and hard to grasp for someone not in the inner circle. I know that's perceived as a feature & not a bug. You don't need to totally get rid of that, but there needs to be clearer communication of what Higher is immediately accessible as someone gets introduced/interested. 2) HIgher people as a community need to be more engaging w/ outsiders. It's a hard group to crack. If you ask questions, engage, & encourage & your aren't clearly part of the inner crowd it's a hard to feel welcome. Encouraging people to more outsider focused friendliness & giving some specific help or tools should help with that. I'm speaking from experience & watching others on both points. I'm a prime candidate to onboard. I'm pretty normal and friendly and tend to focus on encouraging others here and it's been a hard group to crack into. Just being honest so it helps.
