Brand loyalty in web3 comes from empowerment. Give your community a stake in your success. Token projects have an obvious path for this via token giveaways or staking bonuses. But if your business is outside of that paradigm, it's up to you to figure out what that means. Sometimes that's early access to new features. Sometimes that's giving them extra financial incentives like referral bonuses. Sometimes it's giving them a direct line to you and the team to provide feedback. And sometimes it's as simple as giving them some unique swag with bragging rights. Empowered users are loyal users.

I think the most important WOM factor is to help your users drive an outcome. Once they feel the tangible benefits of the outcomes you generate for them, it will be hard for them to stop talking about your product.
