GM ππ»ββοΈ Always looking for extra energy for training? I make myself a banger preworkout every day: 1 tsp ginger powder (double if you're frisky) 2 tsp honey lemon juice enough water to make it like a double/triple shot size You can add cayenne pepper too if you want to reeeeally sweat π¦

Itβs delicious, and it definitely does the trick! Itβs not gonna give you the C4 preworkout effect, but itβs a great natural way without caffeine π
