First leg day since February 16th because I’ve been having tons of sciatic nerve pain (like, in pain 100% of the time). Huge fail at 270 here. First three reps moved SOOO GOOD too. Then I felt my right hammy tighten up going back up on the third rep (when I grab the support bars) and totally gave out going back down
