post-reading jonathan haidt, time to play devil's advocate current web2 social: like/reply-performance algo -> increased unhealthy social comparison -> increased anxiety, polarization, depression the core design elements of most web3 social is $, which can bring out even worse in people and this is good? discuss :)

Any system that rewards / incentivizes engagement and performant behavior vs. authenticity is going to be bad for mental health. We live in an attention economy and many of us are poor at managing our attention (time).
