On of all-time best examples of a company blowing a huge head start (and just being garbage in every possible way.) They were randomly freezing my account 20 years, and they still haven't figured this out?!?

This is exactly the right take. With all the resources they have, they STILL can’t figure this out. It’s embarrassing (for them) and a massive opportunity for others to put their customers first.
