I feel like you are really great at this unlearning - it’s definitely a skill that is to be learned, and it sounds like you’ve spent conscious effort at it - I think it is underrated as well

Unlearning is cannibalizing things that you think are reliable facts - requires a willingness to let go of old truths, and our old selves - I think it requires courage
