tldr; we're killing it

last year, pretty much no one was streaming on unlonely except me. but we kept building. most of what we built got scrapped. but in the past two months, we seem to be making better decisions. onwards.

What do you think helped make better decisions?

Clearer idea of what users want / what’s driving revenue / etc?

hard to say for sure
biggest thing is iterating BIG "swing for the fence" features quickly
we did that enough times so started getting better at it

i also think that letting things simmer is important too
often when i dont see immediate explosive growth, i dismiss the feature altogether. but sometimes things take time
