I texted @dwr.eth today asking for brutally honest feedback about my engagement numbers here.

he said “you turned FC into a broadcast platform
tried to be a Twitter guy”.

I definitely have started copy-pasting posts to here and Twitter. have def focused on broadcasting over communing. 

but I also feel like

it’s difficult to be super present on two social apps + run a small startup.

not sure if there’s a lesson here or not.

or get real content creators that do multiple platforms professionally i would think

yea that’s an idea
but if I have to pick one I’m obviously choosing twitter

might need a lil extra time but different voices = different platforms

so that every account has smth new to offer

otherwise it's a glorified social media rss feed

i feel this a looot - spread to thin to have meaningful engagement with people across platforms.

the lesson here is you gotta pit the two audiences against each other and let them fight it out in the replies
