Idk if anyone knows what’s up with me… every once in a while, I get these spins almost where I feel lightheaded, my blooms pressure drops, my face is pale, I can’t feel my fingers or toes for maybe 5-10 mins. I feel very weak afterwards and tired. It’s not vertigo. I’ve gone to doctors and they haven’t been able to pinpoint it. Any of my doctor / medical field experts able to give some thoughts ?

I know i have low blood pressure! My blood pressure definitely drops when it happens . Never checked blood sugar tho

It has before. One it happened at dinner when i was sitting and suddenly getting up and my blood pressure just dropped. I also lose my hearing too - it’s all muffled. Yesterday, i was already walking and it happened. Another time was at a Target. 

I feel like it is related to blood pressure and doctors have told me to keep hydrated which I am pretty good about doing .

Does it happen after you are sitting down and suddenly get up? Sounds a little like POTS
