Leg day complete 🦵🏼 Did a hamstring/ glute focus today. As a boxer, I try to cross train as much as possible - at least 1-2 days in the gym to maintain muscle and some yoga here and there to help mobility as well. I think for any sport, cross training is so important.

As long as I can remember! I did take a hiatus for a few years after college. Got into boxing about a year ago and started taking it seriously 6 months ago with a boxing coach.
