Who made a private testnet from Linea, a reminder that you need to link your wallet in Guild to get LXP You can check your wallet at the link - https://guild.xyz/linea-private-testnet-participant. If you have done the testnet, you will see a green sign “You have access”, it means that you will get additional LXP. Also, you must have passed Proof of Humanity (POH) (https://poh.linea.build/). The most interesting thing is that for a couple of days in the guild gained only 25k people, which is very few, intrigue frantic how many will give LXP for this activity.

Forecasting platform Kalshi won its case against the CFTC, but still faces closure The U.S. District Court ruled in favor of prediction platform Kalshi, effectively approving the placement of bets on the outcome of the presidential election. On the same day, the CFTC filed an emergency motion to stay the decision for 14 days. The company believes that the regulator is dragging out the process, which will have disastrous consequences for the platform.

Eigenlayer Season 2 drop details Yesterday the Eigen team finally posted an announcement about who will get the Season 2 bounty and how much will be allocated for it (spoiler, it's bad) 70m EIGEN (4.2% FDV) has been allocated to stakers and cameramen. Specifically, anyone who restayed ETH directly or through any LRTs between March 15 and August 15(snapshot was on that day) The saddest part of this story is that most likely there will be no non-reward, which means we will be poured for investing crumbs, if it's 50$ it's already a success. Claymation will be available on September 17 (or sooner). A 19-year-old trader lost $64,500 A Reddit user reported that he lost his entire life savings while trading copper and S&P 500 options. It all started with a short position in copper, which the guy decided to open after criticizing bronze medals (bronze is 88% copper) at the Paris Olympics. He lost $8500 on that one. After the incident, he was left with $400, with which he decided to trade S&P 500 overnight options. When the trader woke up the next day, he found he had a requirement to buy 100 shares of SPY, and he owed his broker $56,000.

OpenSea CEO Devin Finzer said OpenSea received a notice from the SEC threatening legal action. “OpenSea has received a Wells Notice from the SEC indicating possible legal action against us because they believe the NFTs on our platform are securities,” Finzer said in a post on X.
