What would classify as full-id (aka kyc)?

I consider my phone number to be one of two universal addresses I can give to almost anyone and know they will be able to reach me. (The other is an email address.)

It's full-id for most today. We (3num.co) are making a pseudonymous one you can mint as an NFT.

Answering the question "where's the beef?"

Yes, we are working on the ZK version based on how Avvy domains creates shielded names. Plan to launch that in a couple months.
