in my experience, in DAOs and crypto, smart contract devs are at the top, other web3 devs next, then UI/UX, then everything else. i've been a broken record about how if they keep focusing on developers, we'll have a bunch of software that no one knows exists, which in many cases is already happening.

I get the priority system but the difference should be “tech ppl and non-tech ppl” and not “ppl who do the work and those who don’t”
