I do something similar, except its usually a phrase and at Halloween, because that's when seeds fall and are covered with leaves. This year it's *allow it to be easy*, because working harder seems to be the pattern and I'd like us to all have more time for enjoyment.

*allow it to be easy* is a great one.  Kinda reminds me of when I was working on OKRs with my team a few years ago and I made the theme for the year *architect for joy* and that was the year we broke away from annual planning and moved to continuous planning and delivery and we were all so much happier for it
