hello has anyone figured out how to have gel nails while *not* destroying your nails in the removal process?

ps what is the point of builder gel if when you take it off it leaves your nails a weak, flimsy husk of their former selves

no. i do my own nails. have noticed that if i take vit D, they get stronger tho.

i did my own nails for a long time but wanted to treat myself a little by getting them done occasionally, that was the wrong decision lol 

good tip on vit D i'm def low on that
