The house I’m staying in only has a French Press, so I am pressing and it’s pretty great coffee but… Does a French press always leave some coffee sludge in the cup? Are my beans ground too fine? Do you use a French press daily?

I always use french press and grind the beans extra course, but there can still be a little grounds in the last cup, but not sludge.

because I don't have a grinder here, I just bought some pre-ground beans and I think they are not course enough. All good though. I may be a french press convert.
