Earlier this year I was in Paris at the same time as big protests were going on.

I was there for a week and didn't see a single protest.

Cities like Paris and Istanbul are huge. Chances of actually stumbling upon a protest are slim to none. Especially in the area where Devconnect is happening (rich area).

(Unless some shit goes down. But I mostly expect nothing will that will impact flights in/out of Turkey)

Bought a refundable plane ticket and keeping myself up to date as much as possible.
