I need to start a blog. Substack? What's the most strategic choice for solid distribution?

If its just for personal blogging, Substack is the easiest. Paragraph is getting better, if you want NFTs. Medium is irritating. 

If it's for a business, keep the blog on your website, so attention stays there.

If you're trying to use and ENS, I recommend working with a developer, or using Fleek+Github, which kinda defeats the purpose of using IPFS.
