New weight vest garage sesh with +25 lbs.

1a - pull-ups x 4, 3, 3, 3
1b - dips x 8, 6, 6, 6
2 - elevated handle push-ups x 6, 7, 6, 7
Overall, humbling to wear a vest the entire session. Thought I’d be able to crank out more reps, but suppose I’m getting to know the new pain device 😈 0 reply
