The contents of a frame and interacting with it is managed by one logical server. Take the server down, and those frames no longer render. Also the logic in the server is walled gardened.

Would be cool, if many frames (like polls) could be referenced via something like ipvm://0x1234, so it can persist decentralized.

Yes, we’d like to specify ipvm:// as content addressed computation, and a supported capability in Kubo and other /ipfs nodes.
