Sudachi soba might not be for everyone, but I’m obsessed with it in summer.I could seriously eat it every day. Sudachi is like lemons but less sour, mainly used to flavor Japanese dishes. The citrusy kick of sudachi makes the bonito broth even more delicious🤤

It's a visual food I've never seen before.
I like the taste of bonito, but I'm curious about Sudachi. 

I can understand it to some extent because you explained it,
