Sure. 

1) Elaborate the problem statement. Do one build a framev2 or just revamp the docs site?

2) where do one submit the hackathon projects? 

3) are there any restriction unlike other hackathons for ex: not submit previously built projects etc.

i wrote a more formal document for the guidelines of $hackathon, week one

its open to comments, and would appreciate any input on it. this is an emergent idea, and what you have to say can impact the direction of what gets created. thank you
