If your kid is reasonably smart, nudge them to become a veterinarian. Pretty much an AI proof job, they can charge crazy amounts of money and people will pay, and there's a shortage of them.

The challenge is that the old small business model of offering care is getting harder and harder for both doctors and vets.  Our vet office is trying to upsell us on 10 things they never used to offer.
