What am I misunderstanding about the bonding curve equation?

For the Network FT:

r = fixed at .66 (from docs)

s = 40,000 (auction supply)

P(s) = 688 (clearing price)

x = 44,142 (current supply) 

price should be ~723 with these variables.
But price is 938 on the Airstack site.

What am I misunderstanding?
