Thanks to @literature I’ve started trying @kiosk as of today Still think your client should allow users to “bring their own algorithm” Allow us to select from your tuned algo, someone else’s, another clients, our own, or chronological Make it plug and play, like USB-C

I meant to ignore this but I'll just say this, I don't like the tone of your replies to many questions here. It's better to set up a customer support system where users can get good feedback for their response with empathy.

He’s probably really frustrated with all the spam and people with zero legitimacy giving him advice on how to handle things. Sometimes, being direct is more effective than being overly empathetic when dealing with constant issues + users should try to engage in a more constructive way instead of just critiquing!

This sounds like an excuse for a "frustrated" founder. As a 2X founder myself who built in public, the advice given to get others to support or simply not reply at all is sound advice. The reply was rather uncomfortable to read. He typed from a position of power.
