Thanks to @literature I’ve started trying @kiosk as of today Still think your client should allow users to “bring their own algorithm” Allow us to select from your tuned algo, someone else’s, another clients, our own, or chronological Make it plug and play, like USB-C

I meant to ignore this but I'll just say this, I don't like the tone of your replies to many questions here. It's better to set up a customer support system where users can get good feedback for their response with empathy.

He’s probably really frustrated with all the spam and people with zero legitimacy giving him advice on how to handle things. Sometimes, being direct is more effective than being overly empathetic when dealing with constant issues + users should try to engage in a more constructive way instead of just critiquing!

This sounds like an excuse for a "frustrated" founder. As a 2X founder myself who built in public, the advice given to get others to support or simply not reply at all is sound advice. The reply was rather uncomfortable to read. He typed from a position of power.

He’s just being direct, and that doesn’t make him a bad person; it allows him to set boundaries. His comment demonstrates confidence, which is exactly what I want to see in true builders. Rather than speaking from a position of power, he is literally encouraging people to explore other clients that might better suit their needs and wants or to go out and build something themselves. To me, this sounds more like he is promoting collaboration instead of dominance. I think people are being a bit too sensitive about this
