If the JSON file contains `"iBusy": "true"`, it means the site is still congested. If it says `"false"`, you can go ahead and claim your DOGS tokens.

If you are unfortunate and have had your Telegram account banned or back account blocked, and you had previously added a Ton Space wallet, you might want to try the following method. Who knows, luck might be on your side. Visit: https://ton-claim.tokentable.xyz/project/dogs Then connect your Ton Space wallet (it's recommended to use TonKeeper as it tends to be more stable than Telegram's Wallet bot). If you're lucky, you'll still be able to claim; otherwise, you'll see a disappointing message below. In any case, it's an opportunity worth trying. Recently, some folks have been "raising a fuss," not understanding why the wallet they previously created on cointool now shows a different address when imported into Ton Space within the Wallet (the built-in app in Telegram). To clarify, the TON blockchain treats each wallet as a "smart contract," and there are many versions of the TON wallet. The default wallet built into Telegram is currently running version W5 (version 5), while the wallets created earlier on cointool were running v4R2. Each version corresponds to a different wallet address, so there's no need to worry. Simply use Tonkeeper to import the seed phrase again and select the correct version that holds your balance.
