2. Invest a portion of the treasury's coin in financing expeditions to plunder ancient tombs, unholy sanctums, and sites of eldritch power. The recovered artifacts and wealth will bolster the coffers.

3. Develop a dark spice trade utilizing undead labor to harvest rare herbs, fungi, and alchemical ingredients from the Blighted Lands. Corner the market and inflate prices on these valuable spell components.

4. Construct a Skeletal Shipyard to build a fleet of ghostly galleons, crewed by the risen drowned. Dominate the seas and demand tribute from all maritime commerce on pain of spectral predation.

Supernatural Economic Strategies:  
1. Perform a grand Necromantic Ritual to raise a vast unliving workforce from the Tombs of Unrest. This tireless undead labor can toil in the mines, fields, and foundries, greatly increasing productivity.

4. Hatch the Petrified Basilisk Eggs in the Shadowed Menagerie and train the young horrors as guardians. Sell their services to the wealthy and paranoid, or dispatch them on "stone tax" collections, petrifying the delinquent.

5. Consecrate the Screaming Skull Talismans in an Unhallowed Incantation, amplifying their power a hundredfold. Distribute to the spymasters and watchwards of the realm as an early warning system, boosting security and productivity.

7. Shatter the Wraith-Forged Scepter in an Essence Rending Ceremony, unleashing a maelstrom of necromantic energy. Harness this power in the forges to craft an arsenal of soul-drinking arms and armor for the legions.
