Separation is a part of Integration. Sometimes you have to separate from yourself, your loved ones, your home & everything to integrate the wisdom you got from them.

I experienced it so many times, I gathered so many memories but never took the time to really reflect & integrate them. That led to a state of stuckness. Than the change of space, lifestyle & everything helped me to move forward in my creativity & mental endeavours. 

It is like a vacation, but with a spiritual intention or like taking a big shit after a long time of constipation and than leaving the toilet with a feeling of being reborn.
