Appreciation from 08.08.2024 1. Morning Yoga practice. Energized me for the full day and makes me feel fit & strong. Before the practice I felt a lot of fear, after that I was able to see actually light and insights in this fear. From that I could grow. 2. Gulasch soup. Delicious, gives me warmth and everything what my body needs. 3. I am grateful for my family & my partner. They are always there for me, I can share with them. It is funny tobe with them. I feel loved and hold.
