I was vegetarian for many years. When I moved to Germany, I became flexitarian to adapt more easily. For the last two years, I’ve been eating more than 90% plant-based, and it’s been the best choice for me. I feel more energized and have fewer health issues.

This avocado toast is delicious. It’s from a neighborhood café. They add some spices, salad, and a lot of ripe avocado.

I’m a writer and an editor. I love art, literature, music, and to drink good coffee. I practice Ashtanga yoga. I’m here to connect and learn.
