This year I built a grant fund for onchain poetry. The fund is financed through donations, degen tips and moxie earnings. I have experimented with some distribution mechanics, and will use the learnings to optimise that in the next year. 
In 2024, I have distributed a good amount to poets who have been taking a risk by making their work available as NFTs. Through direct grants, and by using @rounds and with my @hypersub subscribers as curators. 
By giving grantees a podium as poet of the month in my newsletter, I've been able to shine a spotlight on some amazing artists, such as @papa, @bochini and @wordstobepoetry.
It was a good start in 2024, and I will built it out even better in 2025.
