I'm away from home and am using a instapot to cook rice. It's turning Jasmine rice into sushi rice in texture. It's so sticky and really retaining shape. It's also a lot shinier. Has anyone else noticed this when cooking rice in pressure cooker vs rice cooker? Do you have a preference for the one you prefer?

Pressure cookers tend to make rice stickier and shinier, similar to sushi rice. Some may prefer this texture, while others may prefer the traditional rice cooker results
