In preparation for 2.0, if you run a bootstrap peer, please contact me, there are important notes for those running bootstraps, and I'd also like to make sure the list is up to date. If you don't currently run a bootstrap peer but would like to (understand there are no rewards in doing this), please let me know

I would like to run a bootstrap node but is the minimal requirment similar as regular nodes ? I am located in France, so it should be intersting for french node to have a bootstrap closer ?
