wanna feel weird? zone 2 exercise has never been shown to improve anything in a controlled study better than going vegan in fact, going vegan having drastic health benefits has more solid research than zone 2 workouts, when compared side by side but yeah keep sweating that sweat and negating this by eating a steak

not here to argue for or against going vegan but, as a long distance runner, i can tell you that without a shadow of a doubt switching to heartrate / zone 2 training has made me a faster runner. 1st marathon was 3:58:00. currently running slower daily but on track to go sub 3:00:00 this summer

slowly increasing weekly mileage but, no, no other changes at all. i train at 153 bpm every single day. and actually had to reincorporate meat protein into my diet after being a pescatarian intermittent faster for the last six years. but, again, iām not here to argue for or against going vegan.
