Calisthenics, philosophy, crosschain interop and food. Eager to play with farcaster but I’m a bit lost on the best way to get the best use out of it. My algo doesn’t feel that tailored to me yet

the best calisthenics guy is @calisthenics believe it or not :) he snagged a good username and there is a /calisthenics and /fitness channel you may be into. for philosophy, follow @july, @tldr, and @naomiii. there is also a /philosophy channel you can check out! crosschain interop, let me get back to you. @willc is cofounder of decent and thinks a lot about this. @segall from privy also thinks about it a lot. re: food, what kind of food? /food is pretty general. we have some professional chefs like @giuseppe and @evelynyap17 on here, and then @galazio is leaning into documenting her cooking content. @dwr.eth also shares his cooking adventures every now and then. @colin too! lmk if any other questions! best way to get the algo to start working for you is by engaging and reacting to stuff, so a little upfront effort.

I do mainly bodyweight style calisthenics. But I also do weighted on my strength training cycles usually around spring and/or fall.

Yes they both have different benefits. Staying mobile and agile is key. Hard to give you tips for planche as I haven’t seen you workout. But in a nutshell: Do you front/back lever? The planche is essentially a back lever on the floor. You can Start with pseudo planche, planche leans, tuck planche, tuck planche push ups and banded assisted planche holds.
