nothing complicated. I just read articles and listened to countless podcasts over a period of three months. then a firm opinion coalesced and I had a direction: away.

just farcaster. crypto culture is appalling but not worth getting upset about. if you look past the social circus, crypto technology still works. It’s the culture on top that’s sour. I’m more socially participatory than I’ve ever been, and timely, undistorted, actionable information about american federal movements is incredibly valuable (and not something you can get here). so, yeah: farcaster was my only social account after’22. now it takes a back seat to… everything else. I’d rather be shoveling rocks, otherwise using my actual hands to actually prepare for what’s actually likely to happen 🗽

really agree with you about the culture and I'm not sure that built just by folks It's really sad that we won’t be seeing you around here anymore. Whatever you're working on now, I hope you absolutely crush it. And if you ever come across something interesting out there, I’d be genuinely happy if you shared it with us somehow. Good lucks!
