Exactly. As long as your price is above clearing price you will receive Fan Tokens for the budget you indicated.

Technically it's same. Previous system asking for how many Fan Tokens you want to purchase was misleading, as the auction decides how many you get based on the budget. So we highlighted the max price & budget as main driving factors.
