As you know, Twitter has been banned in Brazil. What do you think about fixing the bug that prevents Android Brazilian users from paying the Farcaster account creation fee? 

We've been facing this problem for months. The only way for people from Brazil who use Android to create an account is if someone generates a "Gift Invitation" for them. Please if possible, pay attention to this.

Wow this friction is a shame.

If they get a gift invitation, I'm guessing that sets up their FC storage and the gifter is paying for that? What happens when they need to renew it or increase their storage? Is that also broken?

I wonder if we can organize around people donating gift invitations to those who need them.

Yes, totally agree that the bug needs to be fixed, but that may be a long wait so was just brainstorming how to help people in the mean time. 

It could even be a reimbursement thing if they are still using crypto. It just needs to be organized so it's easy for them to find someone who can help.

After we join, it´s possible to buy storage or renew with cripto, so, no problem. The barrier is to join. 

And I think the effective solution is devs fixing the issue. The "gift invitation" solution is only a stopgap (imagine every time someone wants to join, they have to find someone to pay the fee).
