I get the lesson here in keeping focus on healing yourself, but, assuming you survive the first attack it is good to know the “why” so it doesn’t happen again and also the “who” so you know who to avoid consciously in the future.

No point in trying to prove you don’t deserve it, though. There is no such thing as “fair”. Just have to roll with life’s punches.
