Extra Credit: what are you working on today?

Really need to work on calling my health insurance provider today and battling them on something I need them to pay for, but have had a difficult time building up the stamina to do it. I know it is going to be frustrating. I hate being on the phone with strangers, especially being put in a position to do advocacy that I shouldn't have to do in the first place.

Damn so relatable. Trying to find a therapist was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. Advocating for your mental health while dealing with people who strain your mental health is quite the human experience lol
