I've pointed out issues with a lot of the mechanics of this place and with success shaming and toxic positivity specifically, but I usually don't get any conversation going because no one wants to acknowledge the problems.

Congrats on getting some people to respond to you here, even if you just got a couple of laughs out of the one who needs to think about it the most.
