What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

Transparency, maybe launch with a dashboard of unlocked/locked tokens and full metrics. Needing to check this on a explorer is not do-able. Since decentralized, portion for community too.
