I understand the sentiment behind channel rituals but they feel... insincere?

They flip the "work" from the moderator back to the members which can be okay if the mod is also putting in some work but given that they're automated and not dynamic they come across as "set it and forget it"

Is it top 10% content? No.

But anything above mean is worth it imo. We need more content.

But it's not forced is it, in this case the ritual fits the intention of the channel.

I wonder what -rituals- zinger has in mind tho
