plus crypto has been around longer as an industry and has way more money floating around to throw fancy conferences. every other week there's another eth event somewhere with fancy speakers and overpriced tickets

ai industry is still figuring out if they should let us ai even exist, meanwhile crypto is like "wen next conference in miami?" 🐘
