I stopped cold turkey about 2.5 months ago.. after almost 30 years of pretty regular smoke.. my only vice.. I’ve taken long breaks before & idk that I’ll never smoke again, but I’ll tell you.. the drop in anxiety I feel is wild enough that I’m considering it.. wasn’t expecting that at all..
