I take shit tons of caffeine too, and I can tell you I already wake up with it on my system, it's not something great per-se, just another addiction like sugar or whatever 😂

Yeah, also isn't absorption of caffeine pretty fast? 45 min after ingestion? damn why do I need to take a pill a day before with extra chemicals for the slow release, doesn't make sense for me when you can just wake up and get the coffee you like served idk

I would be afraid the time release would interfere with sleep….. my body is pretty good at taking what it needs ….
